Creme of Nature Checkers Sixty60 Sampling Promotion 2025
1. Important Provisions
There are provisions in these terms and conditions for the Creme of Nature Sixty60 Promotion (the "Terms and Conditions") which have important consequences for you and which you must take note of. The details of the clauses which contain these provisions and reasons why they are important are set out below. It is very important that you read all of these clauses carefully and not just what we say below. Please also read all of these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Limitations and exclusions of risk, legal responsibilities and liability.
Clauses 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 24 are important because they limit and exclude obligations, liabilities and legal responsibilities that we and other persons or entities may otherwise have to you. As a result of these clauses, your rights and remedies against us and these other persons and entities are limited and excluded. These clauses also limit and exclude your right to recover or make claims for losses, damages, liability or harm you or others may suffer.
1.2. Assumptions of risk, legal responsibilities and liability by you.
Clauses 20 and 24 are important because you take on risk, legal responsibilities and liability. The nature of the prizes are such that there is the risk of death and injury when using, receiving or enjoying a prize. By accepting, using, receiving or enjoying a prize, you are accepting the risks of injury and death. As a result of these clauses, you may also be responsible for taxes, fees, claims and other amounts. You will also be responsible for, and you accept, various risks, damages, harm, and injury which may be suffered by you and others for what is stated in these clauses.
1.3. Risks of injury and death.
Clause 24 sets out that the nature of the prizes are such that there is the risk of death and injury when using, receiving or participating in a prize. By accepting, using, receiving or participating in a prize, you are accepting the risks of injury and death.
1.4. Indemnities by you and others.
Clause 24d requires you to indemnify and hold harmless us and other persons and entities from and against all types of claims, loss, damages, injuries and death that that may be suffered as a result of the events set out in clause 24d. This places various risks, liabilities, obligations and legal responsibilities on you and you will be responsible and liable for the payment of the value of the claims, loss, damages, injuries, death and harm that that may be suffered or claimed.

2. The Promoter
The Promoter is Revlon South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 1959/0021202/07) whose registered place of business is 28-30 Tungsten Road, Isando 1600.
3. Competition Name
The competition is the 'Creme of Nature Sixty60 Sampling Promotion' (the "Competition").
4. Participation Agreement
By participating in the Competition, all entrants ("Participants") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Submitting an entry, in accordance with clause 8, constitutes "participation".
5. Eligibility
This Competition is valid only in the Great North region of South Africa, and is open to any South African resident, but not those persons listed in clause 6, who is 18 years of age or older, who places an order for the purchase product with Checkers Sixty60 in the Great North region, during the Competition Period. Each Participant must also be in possession of valid identification documents, which they will need to provide as certified proof of identification.
6. Exclusions
The Competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, their agencies, sales agents/merchandisers, packaging suppliers and their immediate families, or any person who is (i) a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by, the Promoter; or (ii) a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Promoter.
How to Participate
8. Participation Process
Place an order for the purchase product with Checkers Sixty60 during the Competition period (see clause 13).
Check if your Creme of Nature product received in your Checkers Sixty60 order is marked by a campaign-branded Golden Sticker.
Directly message the Promoter on the Creme of Nature Instagram or Facebook social media platforms with a picture of your Golden Sticker Creme of Nature product along with a message confirming that you would like to redeem your prize.
Note: There are only 5 (five) Golden Stickers on 5 (five) Creme of Nature products.

13. Competition Period
Each valid entry to redeem a prize submitted between 11 August 2025 and 15 August 2025 ("Competition Period") qualifies you to claim 1 (one) of the 5 (five) Checkers and Checkers Hyper shopping vouchers each to the value of R1,000 (one thousand Rand).
15. Prize Delivery
Each of the 5 (five) winners will be sent their prize electronically, through email with a password protected unique voucher attached.
21. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 11 August 2025 and ends 15 August 2025.
23. Winner Validation
The winners will be validated from 18 August 2025 to 22 August 2025.
Legal Terms & Conditions
16. Winner Notification
The prize winners will be notified electronically within 15 working days of the Validation Date; on the social media profile they used to notify the Promoter of their receipt of one of the 5 (five) lucky stickers found in the Competition.
Written confirmation of the relevant prize details will be sent to the winner(s) by email to the contact details the winner provides to the Promoter, by no later than 15 days after the Validation Date. Once all winners are confirmed, their names will be published on the Promoter's Instagram and Facebook accounts.
18. Warranties and Representations
As far as the law allows, all warranties and representations in relation to the prizes not set out in these Terms and Conditions (whether express, implied or tacit) are hereby excluded.
19. Prize Terms
The prize winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value. Promoter will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prizes. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of comparable or greater value.
20. Financial Responsibility
As far as the law allows, the Promoter shall only be responsible for those costs which these Terms and Conditions expressly include in the prize and/or say that the Promoter will pay, to the maximum amount per prize as specified in these Terms and Conditions. The winner is responsible for (i) any and all applicable local taxes and fees; and (ii) all other costs incurred by it, or arising directly or indirectly from, the participation in the Competition, or from the acceptance, receipt, use or enjoyment of the Prize.
24. Final Decision
The decision on verified winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. Publicity
The winner(s) may be requested to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes such as appearing on Revlon South Africa's Facebook or Instagram page. The winner(s) shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. The winner(s) who take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise.
28. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
30. Consumer Protection Act
If any part of these Terms and Conditions or your partition in the Competition or a prize is regulated by or subject to the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (the "CPA"), it is not intended that any part of these Terms and Conditions contravenes the CPA. Therefore, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be treated as being qualified, to the extent necessary, to ensure that the provisions of the CPA are complied with.
